ChatGPT brand monitoring

Know what ChatGPT tells buyers about your brand.

When someone asks ChatGPT for the best tool in your category, it names three or four products and the conversation ends there. CitePrism asks those questions for you on a schedule, tracks whether you are in the answer, and stores every response so you can read exactly what was said.

  • Real buyer prompts, sampled daily
  • Mention, rank and share-of-voice trends
  • Every raw ChatGPT answer stored and clickable
  • Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and the Google and Copilot answers tracked alongside
  • Gaps: the questions where a rival is named instead of you

Spot checks lie. Sampling does not.

ChatGPT answers differently every time you ask. One good answer in a demo means nothing; a visibility rate over hundreds of scheduled runs means something.

A prompt set, not a prompt

Fifteen to twenty five questions that mirror how buyers actually ask, run repeatedly in clean conditions.

Statistics, honestly

Metrics grey out below a minimum sample size instead of dressing noise up as insight.

Receipts on every chart

Click any data point and read the stored answers behind it. Nothing is a black box.

How it works

Live in minutes, honest forever.

1) Add your brand

Paste your URL. The onboarding wizard proposes competitors, aliases and a starting prompt set.

2) Let it run

Scheduled runs sample ChatGPT and every other engine daily, on your own keys.

3) Watch the trend

Visibility rate, rank and share of voice move when models update or your content lands.

FAQ

Can CitePrism see real user conversations with ChatGPT?

No, and neither can any other tool. Conversations are private. CitePrism measures by sampling: asking ChatGPT your category questions repeatedly via the API and analyzing the answers. It is polling, not surveillance, and we say so plainly.

Which ChatGPT model does it monitor?

You choose the model per engine, from a curated list or any model id. CitePrism can also read the ChatGPT app itself, so you see the answer a person sees. When models update, your timeline shows whether the answers changed.

What does monitoring ChatGPT cost to run?

Sampling runs on your own keys at cost price: roughly five cents per prompt across the four API engines combined. A daily spend cap is enforced in the app so an experiment cannot become a surprise bill.
